Handmade Nature of Products

All items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, which means slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

🛒 Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been started or completed

  • I reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary (you will be refunded if this occurs)

 Processing & Shipping

  • Processing times vary depending on the piece and will be listed at checkout

  • Once shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct—orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not guaranteed replacement

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to my Return & Refund Policy for full details.
In general:

  • All sales are final due to the handmade nature of my work

  • Limited exchanges are available on select items under specific conditions

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but I will do my best to help you file a claim with the carrier

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and artwork are the property of this shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if necessary, including in cases of inappropriate behavior or misuse of my work.
