Thank you so much for supporting my handmade string art and crafts! Each piece is carefully designed and created by hand, which means no two items are exactly alike. Because of the time, care, and one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final.

That said, I truly want you to love your piece, so I offer limited exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges on the following items:

  • Micro Mini Ornaments

  • Micro Minis

  • Classic Minis

  • Rustic Minis

Exchange window:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

  • All seasonal pieces are Final Sale, no exceptions

Item condition requirements:

  • Must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition

  • Must include original packaging

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

📦 Damaged Items

I take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please let me know!

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue

  • If the strings on your piece get damaged , which Ive had a few teachers report that students has taken scissors to their pieces, yikes ! I am able to fix it. So please reach out to me and we can go from there.
