 Processing Time

Because each item is handmade, please allow time for creation before shipping.

  • Processing times vary by item and will be listed at checkout

  • Orders are made in the order they are received

  • During busy seasons or high order volume, processing times may be extended (I’ll always do my best to communicate updates!)


 Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using a trusted carrier

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped (if applicable)

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.


 Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs


 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier first

  • I’m always happy to help guide you through filing a claim if needed


Damaged in Transit

I take great care in packaging your order, but if it arrives damaged:

  • Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you


 International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes

  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by customs
